Woven Wraps

Woven wraps are long lengths of material which are much more sturdy and supportive than stretchy wraps but do have a little stretch on the diagonal to allow them to wrap comfortably around the wearer and baby. They come in a variety of sizes depending on the wearers size or the intended carries (some take more material than others) and an even bigger variety of designs. They are extremely versatile; very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and there are a number of different methods of wrapping. The right wrap could see you through from newborn to toddler and they are suitable for front, hip and back carries, once you’re done carrying your child you can even use them as a hammock! This type of carrier definitely has the steepest learning curve but with a little help and practice they can be very rewarding.
